I brought my frame home to finish because I knew I had another embellishment to add!  A fabulous little bisque cherub!   I fashioned a lace and rhinestone crown for her and she was the perfect final piece for my frame!

Cassandra's creative spirit came forward  and presented the perfect project to showcase my photographs presented to each artful woman who attended! We embellished beautiful shabby chic frames to perfection!

Beyond Bliss in Dallas!

It is not often one walks into a place and is...well...SPEECHLESS..."The Church" as it is known in Dallas has been the home and residence of Debbie and Shea, The Gilded Life Girls.  This year the church is 100 years young, and being in it's glory was a gift I will never forget. In fact, for the first 10 or 15 minutes, I could not speak!!  I was simply overcome with happiness.  The entire weekend from the Canton Flea Market Trip to the art projects, the delectable food, the sponsor gifts, etc.  truly was a dream come true for the 55 artistic women who attended.

The studio was unlike anything I had ever seen...the fabrics, the velvet coat, the bits and beauty were EVERYWHERE and I do believe, I could eat, sleep, create and never leave there....here are some photos of the beauty including Shea's crown collection and beautiful embellishments.  The weekend holds one of the greatest memories life shall gift me with!
