Cozy Cottage Christmas Bliss!

It was a magical weekend of Christmas bliss at my Cozy Cottage in Mount Dora, Florida!

20 amazing artistic women from Georgia,  California, Texas and Florida gathered together at my home away from home, and one of my favorite places on earth.

The cottage was decked in pink and blue Christmas splendor and it was a weekend of precious  memories, artful creations and friendship.  I have been so busy since the event, I am LONG overdue to blog!  I wanted to wait until I received the disc with all of the photos..there are SO MANY incredible photos of the projects, the tea room ...the BEAUTY!

For now, I will give you a quick sneak peek, and promise more photos  will follow soon!

Here is the Christmas tree which is displayed in the front entry way.  Many of the girls added beautiful ornaments to the tree.  I look at it and wonder how I will ever take it down...I almost want to keep it up all year long!

My dear friend Cassandra Van Curen who is not only an amazing artist but also a dynamic photographer, captured the entire weekend in it's true style with her photographs. I can't thank you enough Cassi! You can see more of her work on her website at www.artfuladventuresphotography.com

One of the things that most excited me was my gift for each of the girls!  I kept it  under my hat all year long and just couldn't wait  for them to receive it.

The gift was a curly lamb "cozy" cape as shown in this photo. I had tears in my eyes when I saw how happy everyone was.

My Cozy Cottage Queens!!  How I adore each and every one of you!

I love this "Frosty the Snowman" top hat Cassandra brought to use as a prop!

My sweet friends Jennifer and Molly at The Garden Gate tearoom, truly one of the most beautiful tearooms ever.

Sunday was laundry day!  All the ladies went to the clothesline and were gifted with a crocheted item which was hanging on the line.

The moments of gift giving were so blessed.  I presented Molly with this framed portrait I had taken of her daughter at the Cozy cottage and the tears were flowing...moments like these....Priceless.
As I write this I am at Kim Caldwell's Winter wonderland Affaire in Los Angeles indulging in more Christmas bliss!

When I return home I will post more photos and "fabulousness" from the Cozy Cottage Christmas weekend! xoxo
